These Website Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and browsing of https://www.vvnetworks.co.in (the "Website"), operated by Angad T., an individual, doing business as "VV Networks" ("VV Networks," "we," "us"). By accessing or browsing the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
These Terms govern browsing of the public Website only. If you sign up for or use the VV Networks SaaS product, that use is separately governed by the VV Networks Client Agreement (or Terms of Service) and Privacy Policy for the product, which take precedence for anything related to the product itself.
VV Networks is presently a trading name used by the Founder and is not yet incorporated as a separate legal entity. Until incorporation, references to "VV Networks" in these Terms mean the Founder personally, trading under that name.

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, the VV Networks name and marks, and underlying design and code, is owned by VV Networks or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. "VV Networks" and associated logos are marks used by the Founder in connection with the business. No license to use these marks is granted by these Terms.

If you submit a contact form, make an enquiry, or request a booking or appointment through the Website, the personal data you provide is handled in accordance with our Website Privacy Policy. Submitting an enquiry or booking request does not by itself create a contractual relationship between you and VV Networks for the SaaS product; that only arises once a Client Agreement (or Terms of Service) and, where applicable, a Statement of Work, are signed by both parties. A confirmed booking or appointment is subject to any terms communicated to you at the time of booking.
Content on the Website (including blog posts, guides, and marketing materials) is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or other professional advice. You should not rely on Website content as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
