VV Networks

Website Privacy Policy

Last updated: 14 August 2026

1. Who We Are

This Website Privacy Policy ("Policy") is issued by Angad T., an individual, doing business as "VV Networks" ("VV Networks," "we," "us"). VV Networks is presently a trading name used by the Founder and is not yet incorporated as a separate legal entity; until incorporation, VV Networks is the data controller in a personal capacity for the data described in this Policy.

2. Scope

This Policy explains how we collect and use personal data when you visit https://www.vvnetworks.co.in (the "Website") — for example, browsing our pages, submitting a contact or enquiry form, or making a booking or appointment request.

This Policy does not cover the VV Networks SaaS product itself. If you sign up for and use the product, that use is governed by the separate VV Networks Privacy Policy for the product, which addresses account, billing, and in-product usage data.

3. Data We Collect

VV Networks keeps almost all Website data in-house. We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or CRM service — the categories below are collected directly by our own systems and stored in our own database.

Category Examples Source
Contact & lead data Name, email, phone number, and message content submitted via a contact or enquiry form Provided by you; stored directly in our own database (no third-party CRM)
Booking / appointment data Name, contact details, and appointment or booking details Provided by you when making a booking; stored directly in our own database
Usage & analytics data Pages viewed, referring page, device/browser type, approximate location, IP address Collected automatically by our own first-party analytics code, running on our own servers — no third-party analytics service is used, and no data is sent to an external analytics provider

Comply with legal obligations Legal obligation

We do not sell personal data collected through the Website, and we do not share it with any third-party advertising, analytics, or CRM platform, because we do not use any.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Website does not use third-party tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies. No third-party scripts are loaded and no visitor data is sent to any external analytics or advertising service.

The Website does not set any cookies.

Because the Website does not use non-essential cookies, we do not currently operate a cookie preference center. If this changes in the future — for example, if we introduce analytics or advertising cookies — we will update this Policy, add a cookie banner and preference center, and obtain consent as required by law before those cookies are set.

6. How We Share Data

We share personal data only with the infrastructure providers that host and run the Website, and only to the extent needed for them to do so:

We do not use, and do not share Website visitor data with, any third-party analytics provider, advertising or marketing platform, or CRM tool.

7. International Data Transfers

Our hosting providers process data in the following locations: Vercel serves the Website's frontend via a global content delivery network with edge locations in multiple countries; Render hosts the backend API in Singapore; and our database (MongoDB) is hosted on AWS in Mumbai, India (region ap-south-1). Because we currently serve US-based clients primarily, this means data may be processed both in the United States region a visitor connects from (via Vercel's edge network) and outside it (Singapore, India). Where personal data is transferred out of the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, as applicable.

8. Data Retention

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal data collected through the Website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of, or port your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise these rights, contact us at vvnetworks26@gmail.com.

11. Children's Privacy

The Website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through the Website.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time by posting a revised version on the Website with an updated "Last updated" date.
